The food, drinks and music were under the big white tent. I admit I was a bit of a nervous wreck with so many people looking over my shoulder at this event. I was trying out a new Koi sketch box with colors I'm not used to and a new water brush I was having trouble with. I found myself apologizing to the folks who wanted to look at my sketch, explaining about my inexperience with the new tools.
Wonderful sketches, Sue! Apologize? You're crazy! Love the Angle of the tent and people in the spread. Makes for an interesting composition. Nice color too. Koi colors work nicely.

Thanks, Kris. I need to make a color chart like Sherryl's of all 24 colors. The water brush that comes with the Koi has no regulator, so the water just comes blasting out at a much faster rate than my other one. Speaking of Sherryl, she's been watching - another visit from Peru yesterday.
