I sketched at the
Old Time Radio--Live on Stage! performance at the high school auditorium last Saturday. They did a bang-up job of recreating
Fibber McGee & Molly,
Sherlock Holmes,
The Whistler and
Our Miss Brooks for an enthusiastic audience. It was fundraiser for KWPA 96.9, Whidbey Public Radio in Coupeville. It's VERY local - the signal only reaches 5-7 miles, but you can get it online.
Sketching conditions were challenging - working in the dark from too far away with my little pocket-sized moleskine. Had fun adding color later at home.
