Having the last wee bites of my Sweet Mona's Penuche, Pumpkin and Chocolate Walnut fudge even as we speak. Yum!

Sketching on Second Street
You can't beat a sunny September afternoon strolling around Langley sketching with friends. This time of year, every warm, sunny day in the Northwest is precious and not to be squandered. We made the most of it.

An Afternoon in Langley
What a fabulous warm, sunny afternoon along 2nd Street in Langley. Afraid my sketches weren't my best work, but what they lack in quality, the weather and gab with fellow sketchers more than made up for.

Langley Village Garden

Langley Village is a beautiful place to sketch. Albeit somewhat cold this spring day, as evidenced by my drawing of the Langley Village couple below.
Here they sat soaking up what little sun shown through the clouds.

Langley Village
It was a chilly morning for sketching so I warmed up with a sinfully delicious cinnamon twist from the Langley Village Bakery. Then quickly sketched this mature wisteria before the fragile tulips blew away.
