Langley City Hall Edible Garden

My views from the bench in Langley City Hall's Edible Garden, where passersby are welcome to graze on the fruit and veggies as long as they leave something for the next guy. The garden is a volunteer-driven labor of love. Val Easton helped design the garden and Bernita Sanstad maintains it. Several local sculptors have work displayed in the garden, including John Alsip. All the plants are donated. Just one more example of  why we love living in Langley.

Edible Garden at City Hall

I enjoyed playing with color and then got carried away with line work. I just couldn't manage to put color and line on the same page. Ah well, it was a mellow day in the garden at Langley City Hall.
