I probably shouldn't post this without citing the artist's name who made these amazing creatures made from found objects and dolls heads.....but I forgot to write it down, and I want to do this posting today. These 5 or 6 inch tall figures are very enchanting and much, much more appealing than they appear in this sketch. I must have been influenced by the approach of Halloween because I made them look a bit spooky. It was very fun to sit in the warmth of Whidbey Art Gallery while the Autumn chill began to overtake Langley, and sketch these whimsical delightful characters. Our apres sketching gathering at the Pizzera had an especially festive feeling.
