Koi ponds abound....

This fabulous home, Taman Carik, near Ubud, makes my heart do flip flops with its stunning beauty.  Furnishings, antiques, and art from all over the world.  Lush flora and fawna outside ...   tho with few walls the outside and inside flow together.  Annette and Jim, our hosts, have many koi ponds throughout the inside and outside of the house.  Lately, I've become inspired to learn how to paint koi. All my life, my parents had outdoor goldfish and later koi ponds, which still my soul into a state of peace.
